Because of well more than a decade of excellent service at Stevinson of Frederick, without hesitation I headed north out of Denver, without an appointment for service. As I pulled in, I saw Melissa walking in my direction, and waved and she came over, as ever, with a smile on her face. I explained the last minute issue and she and Patrick said, no problem. The next hour I spent working on things I brought from work and Patrick came over to say, done, no nail (we had just had a new roof put on and I assumed that to be the issue)---and no charge. I have never taken time to write a review before, and can safely say that there have been dozens of times over the years, when Stevinson Lexus of Frederick service has gone out of their way to make my day easier. My 460LS, purchased new, 10 years ago, tripped 12345 miles yesterday and, thanks to the service, appears and acts as it did the first year of ownership. I recommend, without hesitation, the service, more than worth the short drive up, and, while I have always had excellent service, point out Melissa as the epitomy of that excellence. rod snow More

Mercedes is known for their exceptional service and professionalism (in addition to superior engineering). The offerings from Stevinson pale in comparison. I did not actually feel excited about my purchase until I took the vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Loveland to have the pre-certification check performed. Further evidence of Stevinson's poor performance? They didn't even bother to send me the customer satisfaction survey after my purchase. They knew they'd done such a poor job. When it comes to car shopping the experience is just as important as the purchase. If you're in the market for filet mignon, I'll warn you that shopping at Stevinson feels more like being force-fed a charred T-bone steak. The gastronomically astute should avoid at all costs. More

Purchased used truck with unknown hal damage. I purchased a used truck with unknown hail damage. It couldn't be seen in normal lighting, When I parked it in the garage you couldn't see it, one day I purchased a used truck with unknown hail damage. It couldn't be seen in normal lighting, When I parked it in the garage you couldn't see it, one day maybe 2 months after I purchased it I pulled into the garage and turn on some lights I normally don't use and there were hundreds of dents on the hood and the top of the truck. I contacted Dave, the used car manager and he asked me to bring it in so he could have their paintless dent repair person look at it. Soon after that they scheduled it to go in for repairs, they had the truck for 3 days. when I went to pick it up all the dents were gone even the dent on the side of my truck which was caused by my neighbors snow blower.
