I have a 2009 Lexus RX-350, and I always get it serviced at this dealership. Their service is outstanding. They always provide an estimate ahead of time, and it is usually spot-on—the costs are typically th at this dealership. Their service is outstanding. They always provide an estimate ahead of time, and it is usually spot-on—the costs are typically the same as any other reputable mechanic. The best part is that they specialize in Lexus services. I can wait for my car to be serviced in their comfortable waiting area, browse new or used cars, read a magazine, or watch TV. The complimentary refreshments are a bonus. The service staff are well-trained and know the vehicle and the service to be performed. This always helps because sometimes there are complicating factors or other things to consider when getting a car serviced. A few years ago, I had a few mechanical issues, and my car was towed to them for repairs. Since the repairs might take more than a day or so to complete, I was offered either a ride home or a complimentary loaner. This was a nice bonus also. More

Lived out of state found a new car via online search, and wanted to buy this car ... had difficulty getting sales person to call me back. Once we connected, she was slow to respond to all my questions - acro wanted to buy this car ... had difficulty getting sales person to call me back. Once we connected, she was slow to respond to all my questions - across numerous days. I would consistently get a text saying "I will call you back", then wouldn't hear from her for hours or days. I flew in from out of town with a scheduled pick up time, sales person greeted us 15 minutes late (for a 9 AM meeting) and then took another 15 minutes to pull the car up and start the paperwork/closing process. With all the pre-discussion about the meeting time, I didn't expect a half hour wait for the car - especially from Lexus. Sales person was always very friendly, just not that responsive or on task during the entire sales process. Jennifer Taylor (finance person) was really the most helpful and attentive person I came across in the whole process. More
