Overall everyone was very friendly. However the work took far too long. An oil change should only have taken an hour if we are being generous and I would even give an hour and a half if However the work took far too long. Waiting usually isn’t that big a deal but with a 4 month old who needed a nap it felt much longer. 2.5 hours for an oil change in total. Found a truck I've been wanting for a while and an identical vehicle was located in Jacksonville at this dealership. I reached out about the vehicle (which hadn't even been detailed yet) and Arron Pre identical vehicle was located in Jacksonville at this dealership. I reached out about the vehicle (which hadn't even been detailed yet) and Arron Prescott was the rep that contacted me about it and I continued to work with him throughout the process. I went to see the vehicle later that evening and Aaron was a consummate professional the entire time. His knowledge of Toyota features & safety perks was only overshadowed by his friendly and personable demeanor. Since the vehicle had not been detailed yet when I went to see it- it was kept overnight for the process to be completed and Aaron drove it down to Wilmington the following day to personally deliver it to me. 10/10 for Aaron Prescott More
