Being around sales most my life, I've come to hate the cliche lines and over bearing approach. Luckily, I didn't find either one there (well one line, but luckily wasnt my representative). Cassandra was knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and quickly understood what I wanted. The best part was that she kept it real with no pushy tactics. Once we found my car J.J, one of the finance managers, did a great job in working with me. Toyota's life time warranty option is by far the best there is. I am definitely going back the next time I'm in the market for a car. More
