We purchased a vehicle from the Dealership and our tag was going to expire. We have not received the new tag. The Sales person, Alex, talked to his manager about getting us a new tag. We heard nothing and were extremely unhappy, and posted a review reflecting this. We received a call on Friday telling us the dealership was going to overnight the new tag. Because they could not overnight the tag because they do not deliver on Saturday, imagine our surprise when a dealership employee showed up in our driveway with the tag and installed it on the vehicle. This took a negative situation and turned it into a positive. More
