We went to Hendrick after putting money down on a new car that was in transit. Once there, we found a new 2023 on the lot we liked more. From the initial phone calls with Jared and Logan, to the on site visi that was in transit. Once there, we found a new 2023 on the lot we liked more. From the initial phone calls with Jared and Logan, to the on site visit with these two and Paul in finance, the whole experience was good. Each person was knowledgeable and catered to our needs. Logan showed us both vehicles and all the features. Jared helped find the best rate to suit our budget. Paul did a good job explaining the financing and the warranty we purchased. Not your typical car sales experience. Worth the trip for us from SC. More
