Communication was outstanding. The work done on my Miata was outstanding. Everything I asked them to do was done carefully and expertly; and a couple of things that I authorized to do if they thought necessary were not needed in their opinion, which they pointed out to me (and didn't do). Everything was clearly explained to me, with a cost-estimate, before they proceeded. They didn't go one penny over the estimate, and in fact I think they came in a bit below the amount I had agreed to. Pricing was certainly reasonable. I am happy to recommend Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda' service department without any reservation whatever. More

I had an issue with the vehicle I was leasing and went to Stevenson Hendrick Mazda to see what they could do for me. This was about 6 months ago. I worked with Leah Jensen and she was beyond helpful from the Stevenson Hendrick Mazda to see what they could do for me. This was about 6 months ago. I worked with Leah Jensen and she was beyond helpful from the very beginning. She walked me through the different models and options that were available. At the time it was very limited as to what I could actually get. She ended up showing me a model that was used as a demo which worked for me. I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day and I did not have a lot of time because I had to get to work. Leah and the rest of her co workers sped up the process and got everything worked out and got me out the door with keys to my new CX-5! Since purchasing the CX-5 Leah has checked in on me to see how things are going with the it. Each time it’s due for service she makes sure I will not need a ride anywhere, whether I’m gonna wait for it or not. The service department also sends of video walkthrough of the vehicle before it’s released so I can see what they did and if they have any other service recommendations. About 6 months later and the CX-5 remains the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had. More
