I have been buying cars for 40 years and worked in the auto business for several years. This was the best overall experience I have had buying a car. The salesman, Bryce, did a great job helping me find the vehicle I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable, asked good questions, and made suggestions. He was not pushy but kept the process moving along at a good pace. Later in the process a sales manager, Brian, assisted in the process and provided excellent customer service. One surprise of note....the GM, Tracy, got involved in the sales process to assist with the pricing of my trade and vehicle I wanted to purchase. When an minor issue arose on the vehicle, she jumped in and discussed it with me to a great solution. Don't normally see GMs get hands on like this which impressed and made me feel important to them. Lastly, Madison talked with me for a while with great information about Mazda as a company. She was so friendly and fun, and really knows cars. I typically don't enjoy working with dealers that are part of a huge chain. But Hendricks seems to be doing it right. Highly recommended. More
