The less than exciting feeling of being swarmed by salespeople when I was looking for a new car thankfully vanished when I walked into the dealership. Zero pressure or any used car salesperson stereotype existed which was such a relief. Having been shopping and playing the how to avoid other shark like salespeople when entering their lots was tiresome and frustrating, but not here. Relaxed and considerate staff made the experience way more of an educated and personal experience. I don’t know that since they operate on a non commission sales staff lends itself to that but they certainly hire the right type of people to fill that role. Onyx, my sales consultant was truly professional, knowledgeable, considerate to my vehicle needs, and has a very positive attitude, relaxed disposition, and lets his personality aid in his approach.
