I currently owned a Mazda but heard of the 0% interest special going on and even though I wasn’t in the market for a new car I thought I’d stop by. Lauren was my sales representative and she was truly ama special going on and even though I wasn’t in the market for a new car I thought I’d stop by. Lauren was my sales representative and she was truly amazing. I know for me going to the dealership is usually dreadful. I am on edge because I feel like I have to be ahead of everything so I don’t get taken advantage of. You could instantly tell Lauren was not going to try to pull anything over on you. You 100% do not feel that way when working with Mazda. This will be the second car I’ve purchased from Mazda and I will keep coming back. Lauren wasn’t pushy, she was very well educated in the vehicles they sell. She was patient and kind, answered all questions I had with confidence. I went in looking at Mazda CX-5’s and told her what I wanted, she also showed me a Mazda CX-30 as well just because of what I had told her I was looking for and I fell in love. I went in never thinking of a CX-30 and left wanting that car very much. Lauren and Brian and Tracy and Paul all worked as a team to get me into this car. At the end I worked closely with Lauren and Paul to finish the deal and I can’t recommend these two enough. They will be honest with you and won’t steer you wrong, it’s the complete opposite in the best way that I’ve been used to with past dealerships. Paul took the time and went through all the financials and really worked with me to make a deal that fit for me. He took the time to explain the warranties and was not pushy or deceiving. He sat there patiently for I’m sure every bit of an hour while I debated the warranties until I had made the right choice for me. He was great to work with. So if you’re in need of a car, Mazda as a dealership in Wilmington is amazing, I already have been coming here for my service on my first Mazda since I moved down to NC a year ago. Mazda’s cars are dependable and affordable and drive amazingly. If you’re coming to this dealership you’ll be in good hands if you work with Lauren.
