I'm leaving this review based on our recent purchase experience. We have not used the service center yet. My wife traded in her Acura RDX for a new Mazda CX-5. Our salespeople, Laci and Lauren Bora, wer experience. We have not used the service center yet. My wife traded in her Acura RDX for a new Mazda CX-5. Our salespeople, Laci and Lauren Bora, were great. Lauren worked with us to get the right car, a new CX-5, test drive it, and finalize the price and trade-in. She was attentive, listened to what we wanted, and gave us outstanding service. Most car salespeople do none of that. Laci took over the final paperwork after Lauren was promoted to a new position. She helped with the paperwork and showed my wife all the features of the vehicle. Again, she was attentive and helped us tremendously. I've been in sales most of my life, and I've come to accept mediocre performance from sales folks. So, I was pleasantly surprised to work with two terrific young ladies who stood out. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from either Laci or Lauren. More
