It was quite obvious that the salesperson was not being honest and the sales manager named Dave Benstock has the most negative personality I have ever seen. Out of all of the dealerships that I visited in the past several months my experience at Stevens Ford was by far the most miserable experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Stevens112 provided a good purchase experience. Most importantly their sales associate (Kathryn) had the exact car ready for test drive for a prescheduled appointment. She didn't waste my time like most dealers with an initial low trade in offer and uncompetitive purchase price, followed by the usual torturous back and forth to the manager's desk. Their price was neither the the best nor the worst and the trade offer was fair. She was helpful with a test drive and review of the vehicle features as well. After the purchase and delivery I realized that I had left something in my trade in vehicle. Kathryn was very nice about recovering it and getting it back to me right away. She really did go the extra mile for me as a customer. The dealership charged $25 extra for the two gallons of gas that Ford puts in the car at the factory. Apparently Ford doesn't provide a full tank on purchase of a new car like so many other car companies. I can recommend Stevens Ford. I traveled 30 miles to make my purchase from Stevens, even though there are many dealers much closer. It was a very worthwhile choice. More
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a truck here that had a sticker price of 32675.00. Ford offered rebates of 5750.00 making price of vehicle 26,925.00 plus tax. Both seller and buyer agreed to have a landsca sticker price of 32675.00. Ford offered rebates of 5750.00 making price of vehicle 26,925.00 plus tax. Both seller and buyer agreed to have a landscape body removed from the vehicle for an additional 1000.00 making total price 27925.00 This is the price both parties agreed upon. Day of delivery the dealer RAISED the purchase price without buyers consent to 35135.00. 2460.00 OVER sticker price and then applied the rebates of 5750.00. When I noticed the difference in price on the finance paper work the finance manager told me that the new price included the finance charge and thats why the price was higher. That made sense to me so I took delivery of the vehicle only to find out the next day upon closer review that I was scammed. When I checked my paper work they didn't even include a bill of sale which took me almost 30 days of angry phone calls and emails to obtain. When I called the general manager to give him a chance to make it right BEFORE i make a complaint he told me that I had agreed to this price, now I knew for sure he was a liar and had no integrity. I explained to him politely that people don't normally come into a dealership, look at the sticker price and ask to pay 2500.00 more than what the dealer is asking. If you read this carefully you can tell that the salesman, finance manager and general manager have a pretty good scam going because they had an answer for everything and covered for each other pretty carefully. I will be seeing them shortly in district court not small claims because at least if I can't get my money back I can make them spend theres on attorneys fees!!!! Please don't buy from here and teach these people it's not ok to STEAL!!!! More
Buying a car can one of be the most stressful experiences you have to deal with. My expeience at Stevens 112 Ford has been outstanding. There are some real winners out there selling cars (even Fords) and I use the term "winners" with the maximum amount of sarcasm possible. Everyone from the people who answer the phone at Stevens 112 Ford to Ryan (our sales guy) Dave Benstock (the sales manager) and Dennis and Jessica in leasing, have restored my faith in car dealers. The whole process ended as favorably as it began and you can be certain that I will do all future business with Stevens 112 Ford and send as many friends and colleagues there as possible. More
Stevens 112 Ford has been great to work with. Our sales person, Jenny Scheele, went out of her way to find us the exact vehicles we wanted and worked diligently to ensure we received the best price. So far service on the vehicles has been as expected with a small bit of warranty work being completed without any hassles. In one case where a mechanic made a small error they bent over backwards to correct the situation and of course with no charge to us. A nice feature of the dealership is the weekend hours in the shop. More

Carl Mattis was extremely helpful. Not only did he manage to provide me with a reasonable price he also took my 04 in as a trade for a reasonable amount. He also introduced me to the service dept. If I had any questions about my truck purchase Carl did his best to answer. Any question he could not answer immidiately he promptly got information to give me the assurance that I was dealing with the right person at the right dealership. Incidently my reason for going to Stevens Ford in 2004 was because I met Mr. Gomes on a jobsite, he commented on my 1999 Ford Truck and said when I was ready to purchase a new truck, I should visit his Dealership. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape 1.6L EcoBoost FWD with Sync/MyFordTouch. The transaction with salesman Declan Carroll was mostly completed over the phone. I called on a Monday afternoon and asked for the best price available for the vehicle I had in mind - I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted and had a good idea of a fair price. Declan provided the bottom line price after deducting the various incentives and adding sales tax. I called Declan the next morning and we agreed on the deal. He arranged financing through my own Credit Union at the best available rate and transferred my plates from my old car (which I had just sold privately) as well as arranging for my insurance to be transferred. I visited the dealership at 3:30 Tuesday aftermnoon and completed the transaction. The car was prepped and ready to go. Declan spent considerable time showing me the vehicle controls and features and also brought in his colleague Teresa, who demonstrated the MyFordTouch computer system, which I love, by the way. The finance guy, Gene, did not waste any time trying to push me into buying a warranty I did not need, but he did give me the option, which I declined. The paperwork was correct and speedily completed. By 5PM I was on my way home - easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! Two days later Declan called to check if everything was OK and insisted I call him if I ran into any problems. I would highly recommend Stevens Ford and especially Declan Carroll as your sales consultant. More
I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion SE from this dealership. A refreshingly different and very good experience, unlike other dealerships I had dealt with this year. This is the type of dealership that makes you feel comfortable and at ease - no let's make a deal bs like other places. Declan Carroll is the person to see for an honest and reliable experience. He talked me through all the ins and outs and in the end gave me some extras in the car for a very good price. He followed up to make sure everything was ok a week later and is just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I went to quite a few dealerships before finally contacting Declan Carroll at Stevens and was so happy I did. I LOVE THE 2012 FORD FUSION. Ford has really impressed me with this machine - it's a beauty! More
