Arrived half hour early for my appointment I drive from Boise to have my car serviced at the dealership where I purchased my car. My original scheduled appointment time was at 11:30 at 11 AM. We left the dealership and went to lunch returning at 12. my car was still in the parking lot when I asked one of the service technicians why it had not been put into, the service garage indicated that several other people had arrived and needed earlier appointments. We did not get out of there until 1 PM. I still had another hour drive back to Boise. I scheduled my appointment so that I can use my weekend time to the fullest was very disappointed in your service. They did apologize, but it seems that they did not really care. They were just trying to get through the . If I make an appointment through your services, I expect that appointment time to be honored because my time on the weekend is very limited did not get that feeling this weekend through your service and I will question whether I will take my car back to your dealership for routine services or even purchase another car at your dealership. If your customers are not considered or their time is not valued They will seek services elsewhere. There are more convenient. I have a place right down the street from my house where I could’ve taken my car and had my oil changed and been done within a half hour total. I expect that if I drive an hour each way to get to your dealership to use your services that you value that time that I am investing along with paying for all services at your dealership. My file should be noted and if anything comes up, I would like to be contacted in advance in the future so that I can reschedule my appointment, I will not sit at the dealership all day and waste my weekend after making an appointment.
