Salesperson and business person were great to work with. Business person (Ben) provided info on extended warrentys but wasn't pushy when I declined. Did not give them 5 starts because dealership added two "accessories" with a cost of $1200 without asking and I did not find out about it until day before purchase. I think they should have been transparent about the accessories and given me the choice of whether I wanted them (I did not). More

They were very accommodating getting everything done ahead of time and quickly. The communication is why I would only rate a 3 star. The quote we received with payment amount showed a higher mileage plan, we were never informed that this was changed on the final paperwork until signing and going through the paperwork. We were also advised the vehicle would arrive on a Tuesday/wednesday. It never arrived until Saturday and we were unable to pick it up. the temporary tag given was dated only a week after we got the vehicle, making it very difficult to get to the DMV within that short time frame to register the vehicle. I requested my husband be primary on the lease because his credit was better currently but when we showed up I was primary with no explanation why. They were very nice and accommodating but a bit shady on the communication with everything which was frustrating. More

They went above and beyond and even coordinated my pickup from the airport. Special thanks to Robert who managed the entire relationship and is simply a cool guy.
