Not told I may extend oil change interval to 7500 or 10000 mile instead of 5000. Not offered coupon to Bluebird carwash, until returned to dealership to ask. Found small oil spot on garage floor after returning home. Checked to see if canister was tight— found canister was not wiped clean after filter change. Inspection report suggested I needed new engine air filter—- close inspection by your techs would reveal newer filter in place, installed by me with my initials in permanent marker, filter only had small leaf, instantly cleaned with squirt of air. Appointment at 8 o’clock dropped it off was told it be an hour. Told him I would be at back by one to pick it up. Was not ready. I couldn’t believe that they couldn’t even Wash the bugs off the windows the poorest service I’ve ever had in the past I was given a car wash pass this time. Front desk recommended changing air filters inside cab and engine! I said I would do it myself! Before leaving I checked under the hood and saw the air filter cover had not be opened to check filter! and engine! I said I would do it myself!
