Great and thorough service. Our Impala was due for lube, oil and filter. I decided to have the cooling system checked and flushed also. While doing their multi-point inspection Our Impala was due for lube, oil and filter. I decided to have the cooling system checked and flushed also. While doing their multi-point inspection a loose wheel bearing in the right front wheel was found. They completed all of the above and I got the car back the same day. Venessa was great at getting the vehicle back. The next day I had a question regarding a slight noise in the front end. Bob Bollman went for a drive with me and found it was not a serious problem, and did not need to be addressed at this time. I appreciate him taking the extra time to verify this. My wife drives the car most of the time and we wanted to make sure it was reliable and safe. Thanks to the service department for their concern and timely manner in getting the repairs completed.
