Not very good this time We had an issue with a tire that the dealer installed. Called on a Monday to make an appointment and was explaining our situation/issue. Was asked if We had an issue with a tire that the dealer installed. Called on a Monday to make an appointment and was explaining our situation/issue. Was asked if I was sure it was low. My response was "yes, you could see that it was low and our check tire pressure light was on." I was then informed that you can't trust the sensors. I asked if it is a bad tire by some chance if it is covered? Tires less than a year old. He said he can't say if it is without looking at it, but it would probably be prorated. He said if it is a nail or something that we would have to pay, which I understand. Was pretty much talked to like I didn't know what I was doing, or as if I didn't know much about tires/vehicles. We decided that the appointment would be a week from Monday at 10. Got an email that evening saying we missed our appointment. Called Tuesday to find out what was going on. Talked to a different person and explained the appointment with him and he said, "he put you down for the wrong day, I fixed it." Monday comes around and my wife gets there early. They get the vehicle in and at 11, she still hasn't heard anything. She said that her name never showed up on the screen. She was there for an hour and was never told anything. I call up there and attempted to speak with the service manager. There were 2 attempts made with negative results. Was told he was with a customer (which is understandable). Spoke with Karen, the receptionist. She asked if there was anything she could help me with. I went through everything with her and told her that I don't want to speak with the advisors and that she has been waiting an hour, not even knowing if they started. She was VERY NICE, HELPFUL AND APOLOGETIC. She said that she would personally try and figure out what was going on. She was the most helpful. It ended up being a nail in the tire. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We come here for all our service needs, but have been having bad experiences lately. I don't know if they are getting new people and they don't care or if they are trying to run customers away. More

Recent investigation and updated bulletin install Had an issue with my 2017 GMC Denali. Had this same issue with a 2015 GMC Denali. It felt like I was driving on rumble strips at certain speeds. On th Had an issue with my 2017 GMC Denali. Had this same issue with a 2015 GMC Denali. It felt like I was driving on rumble strips at certain speeds. On the 2015 GMC replaced the torque converter. On this 2017 truck was checked and it was noted that a bulletin 16-na-175 had just come out from General Motors to flush trans fluid and cooler lines, replace trans filter and fill trans fluid. Test drove. Have driven it now 300+ miles and it seems better responsive as well as no rumble at any speed. Will continue to monitor. Leroy Hulsebus understood my issue and provided excellent service. Very much appreciated. More

Bob also took the time to help me with the radio, navigation and telling what all the symbols we're for on my 2016 GMC Acadia. He did not have to do that but he went beyond and took the time. There was also another guy do not know his name but he also helped alot. Thank you for your good service here and at finish line...I go there very regularly. More
