2018 Colorado I was very very happy with Scott Seger and Steve Schmidt actually came up and introduced himself and thanked me for my business which is very very bi I was very very happy with Scott Seger and Steve Schmidt actually came up and introduced himself and thanked me for my business which is very very big I’m a business owner myself and for somebody like that to display customer service the way they did was very very very good however The finance girl was a different story she tried pressuring me and talking to me like I’ve never bought a vehicle before trying to sell me extended warrantees etc. etc. when I told her no she got very short with me and said what do you mean you don’t want the extended warranty you need it I thought who do you think you are telling me what I need I bought over 60 vehicle in my live. Then she got very short with me and hurried up the process like she was pushing me out the door I was not very happy with the finance girl at all as far as the rest of the dealership I would give them very very high regards as far as the finance girl 1 out of 10 rating More
Lots of issues I had scheduled an appointment for the car I had just purchased a month and a half ago with multiple problems. The center called me at 720 that mornin I had scheduled an appointment for the car I had just purchased a month and a half ago with multiple problems. The center called me at 720 that morning and said either I or my husband would get a call when they found what was wrong. At 230 we still hadn’t received a call, so I called them up to see what was going on, and was told they’d been taking care of other cars before mine. I spoke with a manager, asking what was the point of making an appointment if I’m just going to be put at the end of the line anyway. I was told the person who entered my information put it in wrong and gave it a low priority. He told me I would be the next one, and the car was ready at 500. When I got my car back the next day, two of the three issues I’d reported were still happening. I received a discounted labor rate because there had been such a delay in servicing my vehicle. The receipt, emails, texts and phone calls are all addressed to my husband when I’m the one who made the appointment and I’m listed first on all paperwork. More
