This salesman has been rude to me, lied to me, gave me the run around, and even hung up on me. Til this day he still won't answer my calls or return my call. He asked me to call back in a hour and this is the run around, and even hung up on me. Til this day he still won't answer my calls or return my call. He asked me to call back in a hour and this is the longest hour in history. See, I was sent to them by Credit Yes. I talked to Bryan Jackson and he told me he could put me in a van today. He asked for my social security number and said he would call me back once he ran the numbers. Well 10 hours went by and not one call from him. So I finally reached him at closing time after 30 attempts through out the day. He said I will have you approved and riding in 10 minutes. He lied about zero down then it changed to 1500 hundred down but he was working on to get that down to zero down and would not leave until it happened.Well since then he has not called me. Every time I call it goes to voice mail which is full. I did reach him about 3 pm today and when he answered the phone I was told sir I see you calling. I have l better customers to deal with. Then click. I have tried the sales manager and was sent to voice with never a call back. The sales manager called me back on speaker phone and five minutes later Mr. Jackson spoke up and then started screaming at me and talking rudely. His manager never said one word to him about his behaviour towards me.. I don’t think I should be treated this way. Just seems odd since he got our information he can’t even give me the time of day now. All I want is an answer, Did I get approved or not. Why should that be so hard? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone with a low credit score. Their motto is for 20 years they treat customers right. I think they need to go back to school for that one. Thank you! I had a great experience at Steve Rayman Chevy. I showed to view a used car I saw advertised on the web. Instead of "pushing" me into that car, Tori showed me lots of great options I did not even know were to view a used car I saw advertised on the web.
