They are very understaffed and Impersonal. I felt very rushed and unimportant. To have to wait 3 days to get a diagnosis with an appointment is unacceptable and pointless of an appointment I felt very rushed and unimportant. Once I got my car back they couldn’t find anything although it started when I got in the car. And lastly I asked for a shuttle to work and was told there was no shuttle that day which caused me to have to Uber. Probably will go to another location going forward. More
They had my car for 2 and a half weeks and I didn't receive an update until I contacted the Service Manager. I found his number on Google as I called the Dealership several times and the receptionist a receive an update until I contacted the Service Manager. I found his number on Google as I called the Dealership several times and the receptionist advised that there were no managers available. The only thing that turned this around was when I was reassigned to Alex since my Service Professional went out due to surgery. She called and confirmed my warranty which saved me some money. However they weren't responsive AT ALL until I reached out to the Manager. Personally I don't believe you should have to reach out to the Service Manager to get a call back but I digress. More

It is impossible to get help over the phone, they will transfer you over and over, or leave you on hold then hang up on you. 2 months later, I still have not received my car tags either. My estimate for my oil change and filter changes were double what was given. My car also sat for 3 days without any diagnostic and no estimated time on when my diagnostic would get to. Communication from the team was poor. Once I brought it in I wasn’t given a clear timeline of when it might be ready. We ended up needing to do additional items that I was told I would receive a follow up call to confirm a timeline. I never received that call so I then proceeded to call and text my maintenance member (Nico) but never received a response until after multiple attempts hours later. When I got in my vehicle to leave I noticed my AC blower was then making a strange sound that it had not made prior to drop off which resulted in me having to bring my vehicle back in. That experience was even worse. Also when I picked up my car the first time the interior was not left as dropped off. More
Hardworking, however,They are very very short staffed on mechanics, had my car for 3 weeks just for a diagnosis and no loaner only a deal on rentals, which helped.
