There was a bad storm and the computers were kicking back our application and a few others. They told us to go home and they would call us on Monday to let us know about our loan status. Here it is Tuesday and no word from them. We chose to look at Steve Raymond bc of the credit amentsy and the military discount and it was military appreciation month as well. I feel as though they haven't tried every thing in the powers to help finally out us in a new car. We are going on almost a year of no car! More

AVOID!! Worst Service and Experience Ever I took my 2011 Camaro in for service for multiple of issues. The first contact person that I spoke to was Naye Higgins who I explained my car issues t I took my 2011 Camaro in for service for multiple of issues. The first contact person that I spoke to was Naye Higgins who I explained my car issues to. To be brief my vehicle was in service for over 30 days because service failed to address all issues and was have doing the work. After weeks of frustration, I contacted the service manager Rickie Nelson who was out during the entire time that car was in service. When I finally spoke to Mr. Nelson, he was very abrupt, discourteous,gruff,impolite,disrespectful, uncivil and curtail. I requested to speak to his manager and per Mr. Nelson there was know one above, refused to provide me with his manager information and to service my vehicle any further; that wasn't the end Mr. Nelson even went to the extend to saying if I come to the dealership he would call the police and have me arrested. After experiencing the most demeaning and disparage service I decided to take to go to the dealership to pick up my car from service and to seek out his manager. When I and my male friend went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle we spoke to Naye Higgins the representative who was handling my service request he had us waiting for over an 1hr without helping us so at this point my friend and I decided to walk to the sales floor to find out who the General Manager was which we were introduced to Buck Murray. At that time Mr. Murray seemed to be very concerned and appalled at the level of service that I had received and insured me that he would look into it and give me a call back. Needless to say after waiting to hear back from Mr. Murray I decided to contact him to find out what was going to be done about my vehicle not being completely serviced and his dealership was paid to service my car. I was shocked at Mr. Murray tone and response. Mr. Murray did not give me the opportunity to talk, refused to assist, and asked that I reframe from coming to the location again. I have never felt so belittled in life! I am being treating as if I committed a crime and a threaten him or his staff. I advise anyone to be admonish about this dealership. More
Service on my 2014 Malibu Went in to have a problem fixed on my new Malibu and to have service performed on it. James in the service Department was great. the part needed to fix the problem had to be ordered. it took less than a week to get it and James called me as soon as it got there. He worked me in that day and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their cars. Thanks!!!! More

Having a challenging credit many other dealerships would have turned me down. At Steve Rayman Chevrolet the staff make you feel at home and like family. There customer service is very excellent from the time you walk in. The best dealership team in Atlanta! I was referred to Steve Rayman Chevrolet by Bernard Grier months ago (I want to say almost a year ago), but I never thought that I'd be able to afford I was referred to Steve Rayman Chevrolet by Bernard Grier months ago (I want to say almost a year ago), but I never thought that I'd be able to afford a brand new car with my income at the time. I never even stopped by, fearing that I'd be embarrassed and wasting the sales associates' time. I swear, for two weeks straight, Megan Jordan called me to come in, because for some reason she had "great news" for me. Each time I called back, she'd be out of the office, or busy. On the final day (of this two week period), I was sitting at the bus stop across the street from the Cobb Parkway location, and I thought "What's the worse that can happen? If they tell me no, I'll only be back where I was anyway. My commute will only be delayed for about 30 minutes or so." So I walked across the street and made my way to the steps of the dealership, where I was greeted by Geoff Randall. And it was "smooth-sailing" from there. He never made me feel like I didn't have the credentials to get a car. It seemed like every time I shuttered with my responses, he was would reply "Oh, that's nothing," or "that's not a problem." I started to feel silly for all of the preconceived notions I had about purchasing a car. I even inquired about the Hot Wheels edition Camaros on the showroom floor, just to see what he'd say, and even that response was a positive one. He introduced me to cars that I wasn't so familiar with, like the Chevy Cruze, but ultimately he let ME choose the car that I wanted to drive. Long story short, I drove out of there with my very first car ever!... A 2014 Chevy Malibu. Just to think, I stayed on public transportation for three decades out of fear of rejection. If you are someone who is looking for a consultant that won't judge you, nor steer you in a direction that solely works for them, ask for Geoff Randall. He is the absolute best! More
In august 2013 I bought a Volt. I was a little scared to buy a volt, I had been to several dealerships. But rick cobb made me feel comfortable. I bought it, I love it. Ray was great, wish I knew about my car as well as he does. Well with a PHEV and a car that is still working thru its bugs, it has been serviced twice and let me tell you, best service ever!!!!!!! Love James Hatton, my contact person. I request him now. Car is washed and prettied up for pickup every time. Greatest dealership ever!!!! I love my Volt and will never go pure ICE again.
