Had a pleasant experience in dealing with the sales person and the entire purchase process. person and the entire purchase process. More
Came into the dealership to have my center console looked at. They stated that they would have to order the part and to give them a day or two. After I received a text message and phone call that my part was at. They stated that they would have to order the part and to give them a day or two. After I received a text message and phone call that my part was in, I came in to drop off my vehicle. The dash I came back they said everything was ready after looking in my vehicle. I noticed that the center console still wasn’t fixed. They stated that the park was never ordered and they would have it expedited for the next day. The next day I get a phone call That my car is ready so I proceed back to the dealership. And when I check the vehicle the center console was fixed, but they scratched the interior console gauge clusters. Upset due to the fact not only more cosmetic damage was done but also I drove over 40 miles to come to this dealership. A representative from the dealership called to ask about my customer service. I expressed my concerns and stated I could not give a good rating due to this recent experience. She stated she would have Tyler give me a call but I have yet to receive a phone call from Tyler to correct this. I spend too much money on my 2024 corvette to have employees scratch the interior of my car. More
The process was all over the place and the car sales man really was a nice guy but he blamed everything on the manager after waiting a week for numbers they got them to us and we got the car but I can say t really was a nice guy but he blamed everything on the manager after waiting a week for numbers they got them to us and we got the car but I can say transparency means a lot Also, they don’t tell you until you are signing the paperwork about a Steve Raymond warranty that you have no choice but to get So it kind of put me in a mindset of if this was a mandatory thing I should’ve known this in the beginning, but I didn’t. Jim is one of the most helpful salespeople that I have dealt with since leaving the automotive industry for a career change. The entire staff was helpful. From the receptionist to the other salespeople w dealt with since leaving the automotive industry for a career change. The entire staff was helpful. From the receptionist to the other salespeople who took the time to say hello and offer water knowing I was someone else's customer, and they had nothing to gain. In my experience very few operations understand that every action matters in front of a customer. A customer can either be completely " wowed" or completely appalled. Kindness does matter and it will make you more money! I did not hard argue my trade value because I actually "wanted" them to make a little money. Then finance manager was extremely professional and offered all the services without making it feel like he was "hard selling". I can see that this dealership once again has a strong leadership. I worked at this location years ago when it was John Smith Chevrolet. More
