Waste of My TIME!!! They are a big joke! I came there knowing I had major credit issues, so really I didn't expect much, but I was so call approved with $1000 down which They are a big joke! I came there knowing I had major credit issues, so really I didn't expect much, but I was so call approved with $1000 down which I didn't have at the moment, so I left. They continued to call me so finally I answered, which was a big mistake. They set me up for another appointment the same day because they assured me I could get approved for their no money down program which I was never offered when I came the 1st time. I paid $10 for a Lyft ride to get there, when I got there they told me the person I was supposed to see was gone for the day and I couldn't see anyone else but him. Of course I didn't want to reschedule because I specifically asked for them not to waste my time. So I had to spend another $10 to go back home which the guy who was assisting when I got there got a bad attitude with me and was like oh well and chuckled with his fellow employees about my situation. Then he says with a smart attitude do you want some water while you wait? I would not recommend them to anyone, they are very very unprofessional there. Luckily I was able to get approved at Nissan South of Union City with $500 down!! They have a wayyyyy better program! More

Did I really just buy a car? I received something in the mail stating that I was "previously"approved for a vehicle at this location. I found this hard to believe since I just gra I received something in the mail stating that I was "previously"approved for a vehicle at this location. I found this hard to believe since I just graduated from a private college a year ago and my loans have affected my credit. I don't have the worst credit but it's not the type of credit that you get a letter in the mail stating that you have been "previously" approved for a car either. I inquired online and it stated once again that I was"previously" approved and all I had to do was come pick out a car. Yeah Right! Again, I ignored it and continued with my life of working hard to save money, to buy a car that I desperately needed. I knew that I needed a car but I was extremely picky about the car I wanted; if I had made the sacrifice all these years of not having a car, I was not going to settle. I wanted a Chevy, Equinox, with a review camera, FLEX FUEL (Which was my number one MUST HAVE), and Black. For about 2-3 weeks Haley kept calling me telling me to come in and take a look around and for about 2-3 weeks I told her I would and had no intent to follow through with this promise. Haley stayed persistent and just so happen to call me one day while I was at work stressing about not having a car and wondering how much longer was I going to be able to take it; I was searching online for some cars and kept finding cars that were out of my price range or just not worth it. Haley was very pleasant as normal and told me that I was "previously" approved for a car and that she wanted me to come in before the deal expired. Out of frustration, I asked her to further explain exactly what she was saying. After our conversation, I made another promise to come in the following day. Looking back, I'm not sure if I really intended on coming or if I was just blowing smoke like before; however, when I got off of the phone with her, I went online and checked their inventory and saw IT! A Chevy, Equinox, Review camera, FLEX FUEL and... BLUE? I was thrown off by the color because I had to have black but once I saw the price, mileage and only one previous owner, I knew that I would be at 2155 Cobb Pkwy. SE EARLY in the morning. The night before I couldn't sleep; I was anxious and afraid of disappointment. I showed up to the location bright and early and was immediately greeted on the steps of the building. That's right, I didn't even make it inside before I received phenomenal service. I told my sales rep. the car I was there for and he pulled it around for me and we took it for a test drive. When we came back we went over...THE PAPERWORK! I believe my sales rep. was Kelvin but honestly, I was too nervous to ask him his name again because I was afraid that anything could go wrong at any time and the best thing to do would be to focus on the task at hand. I practiced my face for when they told me that I would not be approved for the car and refused water and other liquids and snacks that would increase the urge to release myself at any moment. While waiting I was a nervous wreck. I kept shaking my legs uncontrollably and refrained from talking much. My sales rep. sensed this and sat with me the entire time and talked to me about his family, his collegiate days of playing sports and we even engaged in a conversation about history and World War II. Periodically, he would get up to check on the paperwork and every time I would prepare myself for them to tell me, "Not today Ma'am" and kick me out the way Uncle Phil did Jazzy Jeff but every time he would come back and ask me if I was o.k. and reassure me that I had nothing to be worried about and that I would be driving a car off the lot. Everyone was super friendly and everyone would ask me if I was o.k. or ask if I had been helped or would like a beverage or snack. Everyone told me not to be nervous and that everything would work out. There was even a guy named Mike who was in shock that I knew his name when in actuality I overheard my sales rep. address him by name but even this helped me to calm my nerves. Overall, I do not know how long it took or when it happened but before I knew it I was signing papers for my first car!!! Everyone was SUPER friendly and helpful. I found out the reason why it seemed to take longer was because the financier that I was previously approved for wanted over $500 a month in payments but THEY (the dealership) called around and found a company that would finance me for WAY LESS and my interest rate is not that bad! This is one of the best moments I've ever experienced! I have a free trail to On Star, Satellite radio and a bunch of other goodies that I don't even know how to work yet. Unfortunately, I've been at work every day since then so I haven't been able to really enjoy it but I enjoy the feeling of knowing that I have my very own car! Thank you to everyone that assisted me in my first major purchase post-graduation. More

Horrible experience I bout a used truck from them back in July. So far I've had to get a new radiator, new 4 wheel drive control module and now a new starter. While this was going on they "say" that it was sold. Worst of all, when I asked to remove my name from their list to keep from getting Spammed by "The Magic Man", the sales manager tried to argue with me about my experience. This is why I buy BMW, Lexus, and Volvos - because the higher end dealerships respond in a timely manner and are willing to take my money without playing stupid games. It's too bad, because with the SS, Chevy finally made a car that has good power to the correct wheels, a great suspension, and a proper manual transmission. However, they are saddled with crappy dealerships like this. More

Since I was buying this from car another state, Lamar drove this incredibly priced car to my friends home for a test drive (Peachtree City) and in Atlanta.... I mean, really, who does that kind of service these days? That's asking a lot from anyone to fight Atlanta traffic lol I have bought many cars from a number of dealership over the years. And this was my best experience ever in car buying! Great dealership who worked with me with crazy circumstances. And Lamar, the Magic Man, did it all with a smile! More
