Hot engine!! I took my car into Steve Rayman Chevrolet to get an oil change, and the customer service rep was Luis Nanes he was excellent. I waited two hours for that oil change, but when I got my car back it was extremely hot like it had been driven hard for awhile. Now if you get your car back after two hours of sitting and just an oil change it should not have been hot to the point my oil dip stick was so hot it would had burned my hand. Never!!! again will I ever go back to them More
Liars!!! We went to buy a new Chevy Cruze. I had spoke to someone named Ryan on the phone to find out if there were any surprises due to the low advertised pri We went to buy a new Chevy Cruze. I had spoke to someone named Ryan on the phone to find out if there were any surprises due to the low advertised priced. He said no it was Steve Raymans way of blowing out vehicles. We drove 40 miles to this dealership and were met by a Salesman named Miami. First thing he told me was that I would not get $2000 because I did not have a competitive lease. That was Lie 1. We drove the car and did not like it because it was too bare bone. They offered us a slightly upgraded LT model but the price was way higher because again I did not have a lease. We left but before we could leave Miami asked us if there was anything they can do to earn our business. I gave him a monthly payment price on the LT based on my pre-approved financing and he said he would call me back. We were test driving another vehicle when Miami called me and said they will do the deal. We went back to Steve Rayman, filled out paperwork and when we went to the business office the payment went way up because they for got to figure the payoff on our trade. One of the first thing s we did was hand the payoff statement to Miami. A manger named Lombardi came and sweet talked us and said he would work things out. After 15 minutes the payment was $50 higher than what they agreed to do. No apologies, i was stared at the entire way out the door. If Steve Rayman says it is sunny, bring your umbrella. Bait and switch tactics as well as just being flat out liars. STAY AWAY!!! More

I met Martin years ago when another garage damaged my engin I am writing a long overdue letter to you to tell you how much I appreciate Martin Breig. I met Martin years ago when another garage damaged my engine due to negligence. Martin and I went through months of nonsense with this company and their insurance agent and Martin never wavered. He insured that they put a brand new engine in my car. I cannot tell you how thankful I was to have him deal with these people. Also, when I have needed any maintenance and repair, Martin is so efficient in his correspondence with me about any issue. He will either have a loner car for me or if I need a rental as I did with the above situation. Martin is a true professional!! He should be highly commended for all he deals with and maintains his positive attitude and his trustworthiness. You are very lucky to have him on your staff!! I hope you share this information with Mr. Steve Rayman!! More
