Brandon was up front and easy to communicate with; gave me a break on the "salesperson techniques". We spoke several times via internet before ever meeting up. I researched 4-5 months before I actually went in (had 3 dealerships in mind); my eye on a particular car and price. A dealership in Carrollton had the car but would not come down on the price. Raymond got the car from them and made me a great deal! A little confusion on getting it here, inspected, a demonstration and air in the tires; but Ivan got that all taken care of for me today! Everyone is pleasant. Some more than others. Thank you for making this experience better than a root canal! More
Chad worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Tahoe. There was undisclosed damage to the bumper and front quarter panel, dismissed as "it was in the photo". Kind of BS since they knew I was driving 6 hours and specifically asked if there were ANY issues. On the way home the low oil light came on, so I pulled over and added a quart. The next morning I had about 4 quarts of oil on my garage floor - The oil plug was installed improperly. I emailed them about the issue and received no reply. More

Lack of Customer Service. Gave us the run-around We came here to buy New 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. We saw this dealership had “great deals” on the Cruzes. Unfortunately, they did not. We meet with the sa We came here to buy New 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. We saw this dealership had “great deals” on the Cruzes. Unfortunately, they did not. We meet with the salesman in the entrance. There was no proper parking there. Maybe because the lot was filled with new cars they haven’t sold yet. Especially the Chevrolet Cruzes. There was so much of them on the lot. We told the salesman we would like to look at the Cruze. And, we asked about the rebates and the saleman tells us that do you have a current lease with GM. We told him no. He said you need to have a current lease with GM to qualify for one of the rebates So, the price went up from the advertised price shown on Cargurus. So, we continued to look at Cruzes. We looked at a few and we wanted to make a deal with them. So, we filled all the paperwork. After ten minutes, the saleman showed us the numbers and we told him if we can go lower. So, he gets the sales manager. The manager comes to talk to us and says he can’t give us a better offer. So, he suggested to us to look at a used car, so we did. Unfortunately, the same thing happened, but it was the Sales Manager’s son who talked to us about the used car. So, he was like you are getting a better deal on the new car then the used car. So, we went back to the new car section of the dealership. But, we wanted a different color than the one they were offering us. So, the price went up because they didn’t have the color in the model we wanted. Smh... They had about 30+ new 2018 Cruzes on the lot. They couldn’t give us a better deal? It’s almost 2019. They need to make room for the 2019 Cruzes. So, we left and got a better deal on new 2018 Cruze in Kennesaw. They almost sold all their Cruzes. We were forunate to get one of the last ones and in the color we wanted. At least we got our exercise at Steve Rayman. More
Bait and Switch! I called about a truck on 9/19/2018, the dealership told me they had the truck and I set up an appointment for Saturday 9/22/2018. I received calls that Thursday and Saturday morning to confirm my appointment and each time I asked them if the truck was still available and they assured me it was there, as a matter of fact we had just left the bank that Saturday morning when they called me and confirmed once again that they had the truck and were getting it ready to show it to me. It took me over 2 hours to drive from Dawsonville to the dealership because there was a Braves game that morning. Once I arrived they had me take a seat in the lobby. I just so happened to overhear one of the salesman say the truck was sold and they were going to find something else to show me. I was EXTREMELY angry they had me drive all the way down there to waste my time. They are Liars! I would never do business with this dealership. I ended up going to Ed Voyles Honda next door and bought the truck I was looking for from them. More

I found this place which was closest to us, and spoke with Martin breig. He told us to bring it right in. He did the diagnostics and gave us a price. He then proceeded to call our warranty company to hash out their coverage. They fixed our car, gave me a coupon for a bit of discount and were on our way, safe and sound. I cannot say how grateful we are for the fabulous service and treatment we received at this establishment! If we lived anywhere near this location, it would certainly be my go to! Thanks from a couple of weary travelers!!!! More
