The car was at very nice price and I called them, The rep Ray Whitlow called me and said you can come over to see the car. He send me address. I had to drive from N. Druid Hills to Smyrna. In this heat and full jam traffic I made so many efforts to reach there. I even received one more text from him saying are you coming or you want to come tomorrow.I texted back saying I am on my way. Finally when I reached the place, Ray tells me that he never called me and the Steve Rayman someone might have texted me. But even before my asking him he said it is sold. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. THIS CHEATERS COULD HAVE TEXTED ME IT IS SOLD RATHER THAN ASKING ME WHETHER I AM COMING OR NOT. THESE CHEATERS WHEN FIND A GOOD DEAL THEY PURCHASE IT INTERNALLY AND THEN SELL IT FOR HIGH PRICE. The salesman Brandon would not give me a straight answer on the price of a truck I was trying to buy more than 300 miles away from my home. After them telling me they would give me 33k for my trade and me owning 36k i would be negative 3000 and that was fine. So he tell me for a truck on the internet that is priced at 55k that I dont get that price and it would be 58k. So why is this truck priced 55k if thats not the price? So I offered 62k with my truck for this new one on Friday he tells me that they would take that at the end of the month but not today and this is the 23rd of the month. So 3 days later I offer 63k to come get the truck on the 25th of the month and he tell me we are 3k off? So now that I have offered 63k more than what they said they would take that's now 3k short. So not the price for the 55k truck is now gonna cost me 66k . Yes they are trying to screw me around because they know I want the truck. Dont shop here they will try to screw you all they can. I also have all this in text with Brandon if anyone would like to see how they treat people. More
They’ve got a Service Advisor with Street Attitude rudeness I had an appointment that was setup with Chevy HQ customer service getting involved as I’d a particular request I wanted to be accommodated. When sett I had an appointment that was setup with Chevy HQ customer service getting involved as I’d a particular request I wanted to be accommodated. When setting up the appointment over the phone a few days ago I explained in detail about what I wanted and their Service Advisor, Reggie, completely agreed “professionally” to accommodate my request. However, on the day of the appointment (today) when I was trying to see how my request is going to be addressed he went completely berserk rude, loud and displayed street attitude that should never have a place in working environment such as an authorized auto dealership. You won’t experience that kind of behavior even at ordinary local auto shops! Unbelievable. He finally said I can go to another shop if I wanted to which I instantly agreed and immediately got the xxxx out of his face! My goodness, I’ve never experienced that kind of loud rude street attitude at any auto service shops. Reggie should have known better how to carry himself even if his customers are annoying. Totally unfit for a position that puts him to interact with customers. More

Thank you for taking me from unsatisfied to satisfied I had an “experience” to say the least when I made my car purchase. After going through a trying time with the pre owned-staff that I originally worke I had an “experience” to say the least when I made my car purchase. After going through a trying time with the pre owned-staff that I originally worked with. I wrote a review about my experience, and sent an email the General Manager. After reviewing my email, the GM called me, and asked me to come into his office. When arriving to his office he was caring and understanding to my concerns. He started on the path to make things right. He gave me several options that were going to make me whole in this situation. After about two days of having the staff in the new car department work with me we were able to find a solution to my issue. I decided to remove my original review, because of the time that General Manager, and the new car staff took with fixing my previous issue. Thank you for taking me from a unsatisfied to a satisfied customer. More

They changed purge valve,Cylanoid switch check engine light on as soon as I got on 285. I was told to give great review get free detailing for my trouble.Guess what changed the mass air flow sensor and behold check engine light is off. More
