On March 29, 2021, I arrived at Steve Rayman's service department a little after 10 am for an oil change with a tire rotation on my Silverado Z71. I was told by my service advisor that there will be a bit department a little after 10 am for an oil change with a tire rotation on my Silverado Z71. I was told by my service advisor that there will be a bit of a wait as there were several customers that were ahead of me for the same thing; That was fine because there is always a bit of a wait at the dealership. Around 11:10 am my service advisor informed me that the oil change was completed but I needed front and rear brakes; I told him that was fine to replace them I was already here, I was told I should take 1 ½ hour to 2 hours. So, I was looking for my vehicle to be finished at least by 1:00 or 1:30 pm. At 2: 30 pm I asked for a status update my service advisor called and he was told that it was being worked on and it should not be much longer. I patiently waited and at 3:50 pm I asked for another status I was told the same thing. So many other customers came and left while I was still sitting in the waiting room. My vehicle was brought around at 5: 30 pm so I was quite upset that was 7 ½ hours for me to leave. What made me even more upset is that the tech put on my Invoice that everything was completed by 12:24 pm and it was clearly not. The last time I came in for an oil change was early in the morning I sat there for 4 hours but the tech put on the paperwork that I basically there for an hour. It this the common practice of the dealership to have customers sitting almost 8 hours for basic service but the tech lies on the paperwork about competition time. If they want proof the manager to need rewind the camera, this was utterly ridiculous. If I could rate a negative 10 I would. I wonder how many times customers have sat in the waiting area for hours but their invoice says they have only been there for an hour or two. More

Came into the dealership yesterday. Got an assessment on my vehicle. Stated that I needed a part that will stop my car from overheating. Paid over $400 to get the problem resolved. Later that evening, I exp my vehicle. Stated that I needed a part that will stop my car from overheating. Paid over $400 to get the problem resolved. Later that evening, I experienced the same issues. Came back in today and all of a sudden, I need $1700 worth of work done. The technician Charles got irate and hysterical because I wanted an understanding of why he didn’t see the problem yesterday. It’s MY car and I PAID my hard earned money so I should be entitled to an explanation. These people charge ridiculous amounts of money for hours of labor for something that literally takes 15-20 mins to do and don’t want to thoroughly check your vehicle. The service is horrible! More
Just left SRC. Justin only bright spot in the whole experience. Art and David not so impressive. Stay back they can they read minds. David talked to me for 5 min and decided to bring me a "wrecked" use experience. Art and David not so impressive. Stay back they can they read minds. David talked to me for 5 min and decided to bring me a "wrecked" used truck because of my looks I guess! Art is the true nostalgic sales person, farmers tan and all. An old tired ethic that u can read just as they read us. No sale possibility because of two things my looks, or they just didn't want to deal with me. OHH!! JUST SO U KNOW! Both David and Art "Arthur" said that ALL CHEVY 6 CILLENDAR TRUCKS ARE NO! NO good they are crap! David and Art wow! Buyer be ware! UPDATE! Its been 5 days since the review above. A very surprising phone call from a man named Steve. A good person does things like this. Your name is worth defending. Let that sink in. This guy is the real deal if I could have delt with Steve instead of the others. Justins efforts would have mostlikley been rewarded and if not it wouldn't have be so unrewarding. I will retract the 6 cylinder comments, they did in a way say 6s are mostly work type trucks or thats all they had and actually knew I wouldn't like what they had. Steve however did try to find a truck for us. Much respect. Justin has a great mentor in Steve, hope he pays attention. Steve is a true Salesman who believes a name is worth defending. No hard feelings Art and David. Thanks for reaching out Mr Rayman. Drop buy and ask for Justin, he's the young guy, with a great attitude. More
Mike Fryer didn't care.. I had repairs done on my Silverado for an issue that I feel should have been covered under the warranty. I spoke with the manager Mike Fryer (Service I had repairs done on my Silverado for an issue that I feel should have been covered under the warranty. I spoke with the manager Mike Fryer (Service manager) and wasn't given satisfaction. There is a recall on the braking system. I had brakes and pads replaced prior to a recall that took place a couple of months later. He claimed that the recall did not cover the pads and rotors. But my truck had less than 30,000 miles on the truck. He said it was because of stop and go traffic, and that is not the case because I do not commute in stop and go traffic. I work from home. I will be filing a complaint on the BBB because I feel like I should be reimbursed for the rotors and service fees. I am very disappointed about the quality of the products. More
If you are considering working with this dealership I advise you to read this so you can understand why Steve Rayman only has one dealership left. Their customer service was sub par initially and their S advise you to read this so you can understand why Steve Rayman only has one dealership left. Their customer service was sub par initially and their Sales Manager Cory Lombardi is about as friendly as snake. Once they have your money any and all customer service and decent business practices go out the window. I had a $3,000 refund for an extended warranty that was canceled which became hung up for months because Steve Rayman employees could not be bothered to respond to phone calls, voicemails, and emails. I had moved almost 2,000 miles away after purchasing my vehicle and had to get on a plane and fly to Georgia from North Dakota to physically walk into the dealership in order to get anything done. The receptionist at the front kept sending me to the wrong people who instead of taking the initiative to get me in touch with the right person (whom I had been calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing for the better part of two months) simply stated they could not help me and went about their day. I had to wait for almost two hours before the right person returned from lunch (who gets a two hour lunch?) I strongly advise anyone considering working with Steve Rayman to consider another Chevy dealer. I have owned 3 Chevys and am about to purchase another one in the next few months, but will not be considering them for any future business. More
