This is the second time I have gone to this locton for car service. The first one went well but this second time was awful. I had my car towed there and it took them a week to get back to me to let me kno car service. The first one went well but this second time was awful. I had my car towed there and it took them a week to get back to me to let me know that I needed a new transmission. I called several times and was told someone would call me but I didn't get a call back. I had to drive there to get n update in person. I asked them what exactly was wrong and I was just told I needed a new transmission. I wanted to get a second opion so I had it towed somewhere and I had to pay $150 for a diagnostic fee to be able to get my car. I asked if there was some sort of report or something than just being told I needed a new transmission for $150. I was told I would be something by email, I haven't received anything yet. I took it to another shop and had a diagnosis the next day and it wasn't a new transmission that was needed. I encourage everyone to go somewhere else and avoid this place. I spoke to the manager about this and was told by him they would email me a report and I have still not received anything. If it goes well for you using their services great but if it doesn't pray you dont get the runaround like I am with them. More
Dropped our daughters car off and they will not call us back in service. We call and left on hold for 10 mins and just hang up on you.So far this place is a joke and mismanaged. I paid for services that the advisor said I needed bit when I got my truck, not only was my truck doing the same thing but white letter ti Chevrolet. In 2019, Steve Rayman sold to ZTMotors. As with sales, changes come a little while after. Unfortunately the Service Department has completely turned over and the old guard of Martin, Ray and others have a changes come a little while after. Four days having the car with no update other than parts are on the way. When I call, Brandon says, " I am with a customer, let me get out from under them then I will call you back" Nothing. Just find somewhere else. Seriously, no constructive comments are going to help this dealership. More
Hi, My husband recently bought a truck from there and realized it wasn't the truck he needed immediately try to return the truck. They refused to take the truck back even though we had the truck for less realized it wasn't the truck he needed immediately try to return the truck. They refused to take the truck back even though we had the truck for less than 24hr we didn't even put 5 miles on the truck. I honestly feel like it was racial discrimination because the manager said it's up to his discretion he doesn't want to take it back. My husband asked could he sell it back to them and he still was a** about the situation. We literally bought the 2021 corvette and 2017 corvette from them and a Malibu. At the end of day with everything going on it does hurt to be a decent person. You never know what people have going on. I'm outrage with management and the lack integrity they have for their customers. More

I called the dealership to see if they had any Tahoes in stock. I spoke to the salesman and he sent me some pictures of two of them. I started going through the buying process, and then he tells me that the truck is $5,000 more!! Then I spoke to the GM and she was very rude! She also told me that brokers are calling about the car and that they have to do what they have to do to feed their families. When I asked her if the brokers were more important than getting a customer for life, she basically said yes. That's bad business for them to show One price, the salesman confirm the price but they won't honor the price! More
