Bad service do not honor warranty. I have been given the run around and they now are saying it’s not my battery because it’s under warranty. At first it was not it’s not . I purchased a commercial vehicle 2022 chevy express 3500 from Steve Raymond Chevrolet on February 18th 2023. My purchase included a trade in of a Dodge Ram 2500 truck year 2019. The Dodge Ram (trade in) is from Steve Raymond Chevrolet on February 18th 2023. My purchase included a trade in of a Dodge Ram 2500 truck year 2019. The Dodge Ram (trade in) is financed though LGE Financial. Steve Raymond Chevrolet financed the purchase of the commercial vehicle though GM Financial. As of today, Steve Raymond Chevrolet has still not attempted to pay off my trade in as per our agreement and signed documentation. My store contact and sales rep was Miami Lee who worked with Cory Lombardi the finance manager of Steve Raymond Chevrolet. I have had to make several payments to LGE financial for the truck I no longer own. To date, LGE financial has not received any paperwork/payment from Steve Raymond Chevrolet for the 2019 Dodge Ram 2500. Steve Raymond Chevrolet has not attempted to pay off the loan, nor even contact the note holder LGE Financial. As a small business owner, I can’t afford to have my credit ruined, and therefor am making now both vehicle payments. I have attempted to call Steve Raymond Chevrolet numerous times over the last 60+ days, and spoken to the finance Manager Cory and sales rep Miami about this issue. I have even appeared in person (March 16th 2023) , gone back to Steve Raymond Chevrolet, to find out what the issue is in paying off the 2019 Dodge Ram 2500. I was told, by the commercial sales Finance manager Cory Lambardi, that GM (General Motors) Financial had an address change, and that the address change was causing a delay. However, I am currently now receiving bills from GM financial on the newly purchased 2022 Chevy Express. Currently I am making both vehicle payments, yet I have not been in possession of the Dodge Ram since February 18th 2023. I have also emailed the dealerships Commercial Finance Manager Mike Fossett and still no response to my crisis. Steve Raymond Chevrolet is still in current possession of the 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 and the paperwork for the sale and trade in. They have not attempted to send in pay off, even though I am currently making payments to GM Financial on the Chevy Express Van I purchased from them on February 18th 2023 that shows the Dodge Ram as a trade in. This dealership has had 8 recently filed complaints with BBB for this very reason. and a 1.5 stars. I have filed a BBB complaint, contacted GM 1-800-222-1020 , contacted Ga Department of Consumer Protection 404-651-8600, etc... If you have an issue with this dealer, I suggest you do the same. The buying experience was very pleasant. However, getting your tags is a different story. I Purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Express Box truck on Dec 27th 2022, l paid Cash for the truck, as of today Feb 20th 2023 l haven't received my tag or my title, 2 months now and l can't use my truck, l have 27th 2022, l paid Cash for the truck, as of today Feb 20th 2023 l haven't received my tag or my title, 2 months now and l can't use my truck, l have called and talked to 3 different people, they all pass me off to someone else and say they will call me back...No one will even Acknowledge me or return a phone call .... On Nov 10, 2022, I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10AM. I arrived at 10AM. 12:15 comes around and I decided to go to the service desk to see how much longer it would take for the and tire rotation at 10AM. I asked how much longer it would be and was told about 15 minutes when they would begin servicing my truck and another 45 min to an hour before the service would be done. I told them that I did not want to wait another hour or more for them to complete the service and that I would just leave. For whatever reason, the service representative took issue with me deciding to leave and got an attitude as if I'm wrong for not wanting to spend another hour at a dealership for something that I could have gone to Express Oil Change for and been done in 15-30 minutes. I was told that they only had a skeleton crew working in the shop which is why they were behind. Not my problem. I understand that it's difficult finding help these days but if that's the case, schedule people accordingly. Don't have customers make an appointment only to have them wait 2 or more hours then get an attitude when the customer decides they no longer want to wait. I was not rude at all. I was cordial and respectful to the service consultants. Janet was as accommodating as she could be and offered me a bottle of water but that other woman....I didn't get her name, she needs some training on customer care or a vacation. More

The worst service department I have ever had to deal with. Advisors just come in when they want, don't keep appointments, poor attitude. Their telephone numbers were turned off for days, possibly weeks.ALL TELEPHONE NUMBERS "no longer in service." Ridiculous. Never get a call when vehicle service is finished, have to track down service advisors on their mobiles over the course of 2 days for a 1/2 day service request. Everyone in Parts, Service, Techs and the courtesy driver acknowledge service Sucks. Really does and will never purchase another vehicle or take a car for service there again. More

When I was making an appointment, trying to describe a noise it was making… (ok ladies we all know the eyebrow look we get), this time I did not get “that look”, he says sounds like your water pump. And what was the issue after diagnosis? Water pump! It took 2 days to get the parts but I’m happy to say, the noise is gone. I’m blessed to know I can trust Ron! I hope the dealership can get to the proper staffing levels in the service department to help Ron do an even better jo. Thanks Ron!!! More
