Ok, you bought the truck in Georgia and wanted it registered in your state of business/residence, North Carolina. As you had been told several times, by other Managers, including myself, we would handle all the applicable Georgia requirements and that a third party, ATC would be handling the North Carolina requirements. ATC and this dealership have reached out to you SEVERAL times in regard to additional information and documents that the State of North Carolina requires from you to complete the process that the State of Georgia did not (i.e., personal or business use, purpose of vehicle, Federal Tax ID number, among other things). These requirements have to answered or provided in a timely manner or you can expect additional delays from the State of North Carolina. I can only offer 2 pieces of advice, first of all returns ATC's calls and give them what they need. Second, personally visit your local tag office with all documents from the sale to petition for a temporary tag, since the Georgia one expired. There is absolutely nothing keeping you from using your truck. Our Commercial and Fleet Department has sold and shipped vehicles to every State and Territory of the United States without fail or incident for many years. You have to do your part in the process. Enjoy your vehicle.

I like the way you try to pass the buck and turn this around on me, my one and only conversation with you was when I called you, you said you would look into these and get back to me, you have never got back to me, I had a conversation with someone named Rae, she said she would check into this and get back to me, I called my salesman and he said he would get to the bottom of this and get back to me... This must be the answer that your company provides to everyone when they can't complete their jobs... So Im still waiting and waiting... I haven't gotten the first email of phone call from your company and if that's true send me the copies of the emails and take a screen shot of the phone calls, because this is all a cover up for someone dropping the ball... I have never heard of ATC, this is the first time anyone said anything about this, and further more I don't need any advice from you, you don't have a clue... I'm going to run this complaint up the ladder as far as I can, you have done nothing but pass the buck. You know I never had any trouble with anyone contacting me and get through to me when I purchasing this Truck, but after I paid for for and you cashed the check, all of a sudden you can contact me!!!
