The service department has the worst communication in the industry. My car was there for a/c work. I was finally contacted the third day and advise of the required repairs. The parts would not arive till the industry. My car was there for a/c work. I was finally contacted the third day and advise of the required repairs. The parts would not arive till the following monday. That was the seventh day. I was then told the technician had damaged the radiator and that was on order. Tuesday was a holiday. I called and left messages ten times on Wednesday with no response, not even from the manager. I called again Thursday without one return call. Finally just after 4pm the "service advisor" called to tell me to come get my car. The only bright spot in the entire department was Dee the cashier. She was very apologetic for the situation. She even tried to find the manager for me but he had left early that day. Next time I think I'll try Pep Boys. More

I was very impressed with how fast they could perform the oil change this time. Also the crew at the service department front desk was fenomenal. Very cordial and friendly. Absolute waste of time making an appointment. Car sits for hours without being touched, repeatedly. Advisors will explain how they can't get anyone to apply to be a Tech. Not really my problem. Per hour charge increases, maybe you need to pay better. I won't be back. I've said that before, but trying to be loyal is apparently one-sided. More
