Service Manager totally unprofessional. He has no respect for the customer experience. For example, he called a meeting with all the service advisors while customers waited to be assisted. Not a good experience. Called and said car was completed. It was not the case. I had to wait an hour and half for a “completed” car. They had my car 2 days without telling me they were keeping it over night, They dropped off my vehicle & left it in a reserved spot & got me ticketed. There was no paperwork dropped off with my car so keeping it over night, They dropped off my vehicle & left it in a reserved spot & got me ticketed. There was no paperwork dropped off with my car so I have no idea what or if anything was done to my vehicle at all. This has been a terrible process to get these issues resolved. More
