First let me say Jennifer was great. However, the service technicians were terrible. The technician cleared my car as being finished. I paid over $1,200 but when I got in it to leave I However, the service technicians were terrible. The technician cleared my car as being finished. I paid over $1,200 but when I got in it to leave I saw that the same error message was flashing "left front tire pressure low". The main reason I brought my car in was to have that tire replaced. Had to go back in & wait another hour only for them to realize they had not put my new tire on at all! So I was without my car for 6 days and still had to wait 2 hours to get it after they said it was ready. Very unprofessional. More

I was given a number of a company that lied and told me I did not have an extended warranty, when I know I did. Also, the insurance company informed me never pay for services and look for reimbursement (which the deanship suggested) because more than likely, YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. More
First visit I had made an appointment but it turned out they didn’t have my part in stock. That was fine. Once I got the call the part was in stock I called to make another appointment but got transferred they didn’t have my part in stock. That was fine. Once I got the call the part was in stock I called to make another appointment but got transferred 3+ times - no one ended up taking my call. I called a second time and managed to get an appointment, however when I arrived they said they weren’t sure when they’d get to my car because it depended on how busy they were. I’m confused what was the point of making an appointment. Besides all of that, the staff is nice. More
