Generally excellent service! !! However I do think your service department needs to have some type of backup contact system for when their phone lines aren’t working properly and !! However I do think your service department needs to have some type of backup contact system for when their phone lines aren’t working properly and customers are trying to reach them to get some feedback about their vehicles that’s being serviced there. With the service department phone lines being down it created somewhat of a nightmare situation for me yesterday. Please work on that. More
