I waited almost 3 hours for a factory recall for the size of the child seat anchor of my Equinox. After waiting that long I was told that nothing was done because the measurement of the hook was within spec. of the child seat anchor of my Equinox. They got bought out several years back. The whole team is gone and the new one isn't very customer focused. Everything there has been nothing but a nightmare. The salesperson was horrible and the truck has suspension and electrical problems and it’s missing some parts too. I’m paying way too much for a PIECE OF xxxx TRUCK that I’ve bought less than 6 months ago. Took it back for repair but they didn’t do anything to it if they did it was the poorest job ever. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Would NEVER recommend them More
