It took several days for someone to call me back after my car was towed to the service center. Voice mails were not available to leave a message for a call back. Was initially told it would be ready the same week, but it took 25 days for me to get my car back. Communication was poor. I had to call many many times to receive updates. 95 % of the time I was transferr it took 25 days for me to get my car back. Communication was poor. I had to call many many times to receive updates. 95 % of the time I was transferred to an answering machine or just hung up on. The only redeeming quality is that I believe the issue was fixed.
