Had an oil change and tire rotation. Noise was a exhaust clamp that would require an hour to fix. You held on to the car for 4 days and the total bill was $600+. $250 was a Diagnostic Ch Noise was a exhaust clamp that would require an hour to fix. Good Morning, I arrived 11/11/2023 @8:00 a. m. for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. I sat waiting in my car over 45 minutes for Thomas to acknowledge me. He continued to take cars/trucks of customers m. for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. I sat waiting in my car over 45 minutes for Thomas to acknowledge me. He continued to take cars/trucks of customers who arrived after me. When I confronted him he wanted to argue. By this time Jennifer walked up and processed me. Everything was going well with the sales rep until we went into contract signing. After everything was signed and almost done, they suddenly realized the price was incorrect. What we thought was going to went into contract signing. After everything was signed and almost done, they suddenly realized the price was incorrect. What we thought was going to be a certain amount, ended up being much more. Then, once we agreed to sign everything again we were finally able to leave. The temporary tag was placed on the back against a piece of wet paper. This eventually fell off and we did not have a temp plate. We tried calling but every time, we were transferred to an empty line. One of us eventually had to go back the next morning to get another replacement. They almost gave us the incorrect tag, and forgot to give us a plastic plate. More
