Went in for an oil change, and came out with PCV Valve assembly repair, over 2500 dollars in repairs. Told me I could still drive it, and I pulled it off the lot and my car’s engine gave out on me. assembly repair, over 2500 dollars in repairs. After having my car serviced 2 weeks ago and being told that the mechanics does not recommend that anything needs to be done. My car wouldn't start, and I was told that I have a $700 plus issue that needs that the mechanics does not recommend that anything needs to be done. My car wouldn't start, and I was told that I have a $700 plus issue that needs to be fixed for me to put my car back on the road. After paying the $700 plus, I was then told that the mechanics recommend that I take care of other issues that would cost $700 plus. So, that would be a total of $1400. My question is, all of these issues happen the 2 weeks after I had my serviced??? NO WAY!!! I believe having my car serviced on a Saturday and mechanics who wanted to do as little as possible to start their weekend let me drive my car out the door after my service knowing that my car had issues. Extremely bad business, and you don't treat customers like that. Steve Rayman is the worst and the employees are not very friendly. My mistake was not necessary buying a Chevy but buying it at Steve Rayman. A mistake I most definitely will never do again!!! More
