He was attentive and informative. I was denied by 2 other dealerships in the past few months, but I was able to get approved in about 20 minutes with not a great credit score and no money down. I also have another car loan. Because of Jessica, Geoffrey, and the finance team, I was able to purchase my first SUV and brand new car ever! Without being too dramatic. Did not put brake pads in my car. Brake pads are 100% faded, rotors damaged, I almost got into a wreck. They refused to do service for my engine even when I had all records of what th Brake pads are 100% faded, rotors damaged, I almost got into a wreck. They refused to do service for my engine even when I had all records of what the other dealership did and that the other dealership were willing to communicate with Steve Rayman dealership. Apparently an inspection was done but it seems that they didn't do it or didn't do it properly. I do not recommend going here. More
