If I could give ZERO stars I would! I traded my vehicle in on 12/4/23- my loan for my trade in still has NOT been paid off as of 1/17/24! I cannot ever get a hold of anyone in that dealership when needed, no one will tell me why my trade is has not been paid, and now I am almost a month late on payment from my trade in! Jessica was awesome! Very personable. She got me to come in the day she called even though I didn't want to. LOL! The application process was very quick and easy. She han Very personable. He was attentive and informative. I was denied by 2 other dealerships in the past few months, but I was able to get approved in about 20 minutes with not a great credit score and no money down. I also have another car loan. Because of Jessica, Geoffrey, and the finance team, I was able to purchase my first SUV and brand new car ever! Without being too dramatic.
