Went in for an oil change and to follow up on a motor mount that should’ve been ordered for my truck a while ago. Service has been completely changed out again and still confusion per usual. Finally got checked in then as I’m sitting the bench outside the dealership I see my truck drive by and a new mechanic is driving it but there’s red clay mud all along the driver’s side. I look towards the stall that it was serviced in and the small hole the was right outside of it is much bigger and filled with muddy red water hence the red mud along the driver side of my truck. It took forever to get checked out the cashier is no longer the cashier and no one could help me locate the new service guy who checked me in so finally I see that my old service advisor is working there again and finally checks me out. I get to my truck and no seat cover or mat was used this time, there was a oily substance outside my driver side door, on my outside door handle, inside door handle as well as my armrest and gear shift. One of the mechanics tried to wipe the door, handle and gear shift down but said he couldn’t do anything about the mud. I did go back and bring it to Reggie’s and he stated he would get the Porter to run it through their car wash but he couldn’t find him. The oil change went up almost $30 and the parts rep couldn’t find where the motor mount had been ordered for my truck. He stated he’d call me after doing more research but I haven’t heard from him or anyone else about that. I tried calling yesterday because I was stuck out of state with a screw in one of my tires, simply trying to get the warranty info because I purchased the tires there and every time I called I got transferred to a voicemail by the same guy who told me he couldn’t help me because that wasn’t his department even though I selected service department every time I called. Dysfunctional to say the least. More
