The dealership is trying to keep my equity of my truck that I traded in. Trying to charge me a restock fee of a car deal that didn’t go through due to finance mistake on their part which voided the car I that I traded in. They are trying to justify why they should keep $8700 of restock fee of a vehicle I had for 10 days and 400 miles. I wanted to return the vehicle when it was at 200 miles but they kept having me come in to try to sign a new contract which will force me into a new car. I’m waiting on my full equity with doc fees only. If not I will be taking the dealership to court. I never signed a document saying if I don’t want the car I will be paying a 20 percent restock fee. In fact I signed a document saying if the deal doesn’t go through they will charge me .50 a mile or/and $5 a day but now things change because I don’t want their car. More

I had a terrible experience at my last appointment. Scheduled for an oil change at 9;30 am and didn't get pout of the shop until 2:30 pm. The employees that received the vehicles did all they could do, however seems like the mechanics was extremely slow getting tasks done. I think it should have taken no more than 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. That's considering other tasks they were performing! Very disappointed former customer!!! More
