Our fleet truck was there for over 4 months. Zero communication to us regarding progress. The only updates that we received came from me calling.. Over all are voicing my concerns, they made things right in the end, I feel things didn't have to go the way they did. When a customer has there pre-qualification and vehicle picked time needs to be taken t in the end, I feel things didn't have to go the way they did.
