Wanted a simple oil change. 90 minutes (jiffy lube…10 mins max and costs less). Still getting warning light…so I need to drop car for several hours to try and remedy it again…for a warranty item. Terrible “accommodations” of a waiting room for a place that takes too long to do simple service on your car…and not even fix it the first time. And there is a general malaise of the staff…no one attentive or making any effort to show customer service. Never had these experiences at any other car dealership service center in my life. I was traveling and stopped here to get my oil changed. They recommended 2 other services and I gave the ok to do them. 1 1/2 hours later I see my truck in the parking lot. Went to pay and get back on the road and was told they had done the oil change and air filter then pulled it out and had not even stated the other services but would get it done in less then 30 minutes. Decided not to do it being it’s wasn’t anything That had to be done right away. I could have been almost 2 hours ahead . I was told they had a meeting about batteries and that I blame management for.
