They should learn from you and Ed Voyles Honda how to treat customers. More

They have officially gotten the last dollar they will ever get from me. I made an appointment for 830 to get an oil change on my Silverado. When I told them who my advisor was, I was then informed he wa ever get from me. I made an appointment for 830 to get an oil change on my Silverado. When I told them who my advisor was, I was then informed he was off for the day. At that point every other service agent pretended as if they were too busy to assist me until I continued e to pop my head into each office until I caught someone to finally help me. After waiting an hour and a half I decide to inquire about what’s going on. I was told that it was being worked on. Well, I decided to do my walk around the parking lot like I normally do when I wait and I see my car is just parked in the parking lot. I then go back to the agent to ask what’s going on and she pursued technician to find out what was going on. She returned to me to say that The oil change has been completed and that I was now waiting for a recall to be addressed and only a certain technician could do it. I have no issue with the recall being addressed. I have an issue with not being told There was a recall to address and waiting all morning in the waiting room with no communication, no text message. No nothing. Honestly, I even doubt that the oil change was completed because when I checked out, I didn’t even receive a maintenance record, showing the status of any of the mechanics on my truck. Then I realize that every time I come for the $84.99 synthetic oil change the price I pay out of the door is always different. So no i don’t want to discuss my experience and be asked “to give us another shot” because it won’t happen. I’m not gambling with my money and time to boost poor customer service and poor value. More
