I came in for a "Service Power Steering", was told I needed a battery, I just purchased a battery last year. I got the service anyway and the "power steering service" light is still on. Terrible! I waited for 2 hours and ten minutes and when I asked for status, I was told my car had never been looked at. Got my car and left - wasted day. My ap I waited for 2 hours and ten minutes and when I asked for status, I was told my car had never been looked at. Got my car and left - wasted day. My appointment was for 11:00 am-left at 1:10. I’ll never go back. The service guy was very nice. Took my walker out of the trunk and the put it back when I left. Too. Bad the techs in back can’t do the job. More
