Please check my Google review. I made an appt, 2 weeks prior to arrival, when I arrived I was told that it would be 3-4 days to diagnose. Had I known that earlier I would have made other arrangements. Then I was diagnosed and almost charged $800 then was misdiagnosed by the service advisor, Alex— she told me it was the ac compressor over the phone and gave me a price, I refused the service when I picked up my vehicle the paper work said ac condenser, so I called back and Alex said yes it is the ac condensor. I took my car for a second option which only took 15 mins and was told it was the ac compressor AND the condenser. Had I went ahead and paid the $2675 that l was quoted by Alex then I would of had to come right back to replace the condenser or compressor whichever one that was said to be replaced OR would have gotten the nasty surprise of having to shell out even more money for repair upon pick up. Ive had 2 Chevrolets and have never had such lack of communication. My husband and I were looking to a Traverese one over the next 3-6 months but after this experience we are definitely going elsewhere More

This company is very dishonest and will Robb you if given a chance. Let me explain My Grandson has Asperger’s and when driving his 2016 Malibu, heard a sound in the engine, drove it to this dishonest deale a chance. Let me explain My Grandson has Asperger’s and when driving his 2016 Malibu, heard a sound in the engine, drove it to this dishonest dealership, they did a complete diagnosis, and told him it was a rod knocking and the engine is shot and the repairs and replacement of the engine would be $11,000.00. When he told me ,I immediately came to Atlanta and listened to the engine, knew it wasn’t a rod, took it to a little repair shop who confirmed it was the air conditioner compressor and it was repaired for $700.00. How sad that this authorized dealership would try to take advantage of this young man for their greed of money. I would never trust them personally. Thank you More

Here is an update to what I wrote the day after my purchase on 06/21/2024 . I still stand by my 5 stars for the two salespeople that helped me. However, this review is for the financing part. I got a purchase on 06/21/2024 . I still stand by my 5 stars for the two salespeople that helped me. However, this review is for the financing part. I got a 2021 Kia soul. The cost of the vehicle was 13,340.00. My car broke down without warning so I just needed a cheaper car. This was not a planned purchase so I gathered what I had to go to the dealership. I was told that I was approved and that my note would be 494.77. When I went into the finance room it was so rushed. I got a glance of my paperwork while signing and the only thing explained was about the GAP insurance. When Glancing at my paperwork I saw almost 18k which I believed was the price for everything. I looked at my paperwork this morning and I was shocked!! The amount financed is 17,768.07 and the finance charge is 17,855.37 which is a total of 35,623.44 ,plus a 2k down payment. which comes to a total of 37,623.44. Almost 40k for a 2021 Kia soul. OMG!!! If this had of been explained to me I would have never purchased this car. My interest is more than what Is financed. I was already approved at another dealer but Steve Rayman was closer to my house and the car was newer. I had a BMW before and my SUV didn't even cost this amount. I feel like I'm trapped. This is something you pay for a new car. I was only given one other option for a car and when I looked on the site there were more cars in that range. I have never had such a bad car deal in my life. I looked in my contract for a cancellation clause and there is nothing in there and nothing is in the paperwork about the bank that financed me. This is a nightmare!! All I wanted is a point a point b car that I could hurry up and pay off. I wish I could return this car because I was so rushed while financing this and was never told that this loan would be so high. Every deal that I have had before was explained to me. Not to mention I had a heck of time getting insurance for this car because of the Kia thefts. I'm paying almost 300 a month for insurance. So with GAP, car note and insurance its a little over 1k a month for this Kia. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I went to this dealership for help and I would have never made a purchase this big if informed. It's hard out here and now I have to pay for a 40k Kia. If you go to this dealership please slow the finance person down and make them explain everything to you. I'm not trying to talk negative on this company I just don't want anyone else to have the finance experience I had. Not to mention my horn doesn't work, the car needs a alignment/rotation and possibly a battery. Then I'm not sure what the smell is in the car. I cant believe this is really real. More
$240 per hour for shop labor is too high. Tring to sell me thousands of $$$ worth of work on my 12,000 mile car was unprofessional and obviously intended to soak the customer.
