I called several times to get a diagnostic list that I lost after I left. My representative was Alex or Alexis I couldn't contact her afterwards. Anyway, when I finally got the list and brought my car back for one of the repairs listed, turns out, I was quoted the wrong prices. Two of the service cost were double what I was given. Thanks to John Anderson, the second sales rep, I believe that I was given the correct prices, labor and parts. I was mislead and this created a horrible experience for me. More

Attempting to charge 15k for a new engine. States he will contact for a correct estimate because it “didn’t sound right” according to agent. Never contacted for weeks. I called back, he ans States he will contact for a correct estimate because it “didn’t sound right” according to agent. Never contacted for weeks. I called back, he answered , had the incorrect email address on file, states he has sent me email with the estimate. So I provided the correct email, and he states I will receive the estimate again in a few minutes. It’s been a few days. This agent does not stand on his word. More

They really worked on me getting the car I wanted because of my credit and I ended up in the car wanted and I was very happy.
