This is the second purchase I have made with Jaz. Both times I was impressed with her hard work ethic. From when I purchased my first car until now, the experience has changed. She was fast, efficient with my time, knew her inventory well and as soon as I gave her the basic guidelines she sent me a great video of the perfect vehicle. I made my appointment to have a few things fixed including my a/c a few weeks in advance. Took my car in on a Wednesday morning and by 4:30 that day I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called and was on including my a/c a few weeks in advance. Took my car in on a Wednesday morning and by 4:30 that day I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called and was on hold for quite sometime but Trent was kind and let me know they had been swamped. Totally understand. I was finally able to talk to Taylor and let her know that I order to pick up my car I was going to need a ride and she accommodated me with an Uber. When I got there I was told only the recall had been fixed because the machine to charge the ac was down and they had to order the latch for my hatch(also still not fixed). I told them it wasn't convenient for me to have to drive in and drop off my car again so Trent arranged a courtesy car for me. Thursday Taylor called and let me know my ac was charged but if I wanted to leave my car there until Friday the part to fix my hatch would be in. Great! I told her I would be there after 5 on Friday to get my car. Friday arrival and no call so I assumed we were good to go. Went to the service department and come to find out my car still isn’t ready. I was visibly frustrated and let them know what a huge inconvenience this was. I watched as the tech took my car to “fix” the latch while I waited another 45+ minutes. Finally got my car only to discover that the hatch still does not latch on its own like it’s supposed to. More
