My glove compartment was disorganized after service and when I checked the glove compartment, I couldn't find my lock nut key. I had to call the dealership and eventually I found it on the floor. The next service mileage entered on the sticker was wrong, it was 10,000 miles from the incoming mileage - I'll be coming back in for a new sticker. Again, for the second time the mechanic left a black grease smudge on my cream roof interior, last time I brought in my car, a black grease mark was left on my cream roof interior. Otherwise, I like Steve Hahns, I bought my Kia there brand new. More
