The biggest complaint I have for dealerships is the time that it takes to complete the purchase. I arrived before noon on a weekday, and within 30 minutes was test driving the vehicle which I ended up purchasing. The sales person was friendly but not to to intrusive and had the professional knowledge necessary to help me in a timely manner. After a quick negotiation I went to the 'finance' office. The lady who took care of the details for me was courteous, and spent only the necessary time to present me with the options. The whole paperwork process was completed in about 40 minutes....much less than the two hours I fully expected. I was completely happy with the overall respect for my time. I would purchase again from this place! I did return to the service department a few days later and had my questions answered there quickly as well. The vehicle perfroms well and I am a happy Kia customer. Thank you, hope this helps! More

I have been shopping for a New VW Jetta for quite a while. I have had bad experiences in the past, but was very impressed with the staff at Steve Hahn. These are the people who try to convince you that you should sell your to them as scrap. (car was in excellent shape about 10 years old). These are the people who quote you more than anyone else in town. These are the people who mysteriously leave your $1,000 yakima box unlocked and ready to be stolen sitting on their lot for days before we moved to a different service center. There are the people leave random greasy parts from the engine all over the back of the inside of the car, couldn't be bothered to put it all back before the tow truck moved it elsewhere. These are the people other people warn you about. More
Went to look at a Dodge Intrepid R/T that I was quoted over the phone at $2500. When I arrived David explained how he quoted the wrong price and it would be closer to $2700-2800 range and how they would w over the phone at $2500. After taking a look at the car I decided I wanted it, after we started working on the price it went from $2800 out the door to $3000 out the door. I was not pleased but I would still have bought the car. The situation was we were waiting for our tax return and I have bad credit, which had nothing to do with the deal since the car was to be paid in full within 2 weeks. Then after agreeing on the price with George, David returned and told us we would have to make a down payment of $200, which we didn't have, but they were totally willing to take two checks dated that day one for $200 that would be cashed on our next pay day and a $3000 check for the payment form my income tax. unfortunately we occurred an unexpected expense and we had to ask them to wait to cash the $200 check for 4 days, They told use that we would have to gat a payday loan. I wasn't going to continue to pay more for a car that they had possession of and they had both my checks, when I told them this they kept bringing up my credit. This really upset me as I have been working to improve my credit and I didn't want to buy the car through credit, they had no reason to pull my credit and never told me they were. After I got home I found they ran my credit 3 times and dropped my score, yay Steve Hahn. The sales team did their job, they were pushy and willing to work with you as long as they got paid, Teresa the main finance person on the other hand was rude, condescending and demeaning. I'm not stupid and when they kept trying to pump me for money I called them out on it. Teresa became upset and kept telling me that this was in our best interest because our credit. I backed out the deal because this company was willing to work with you as long as they could bleed you dry. I may have not been a big sale but respect for your customers is important and they missed out on this sale. The funny thing was my income tax came early and now I have a nice 07 Magnum, so they can keep the car, the attitude and loose my sale. DO NOT DO BUSSNISS WITH THESE PEOPLE. More

I have had my 2001 Passat in there several times due to my heater not blowing "hot air". They replaced the heater core, thermostat, flushed my system. Still no heat. I have taken my car to another mechanic, and they said it IS the heater core. This part is still under warranty with Steve Hahn, and they are claiming it's the problem. Who can I call or email to complain? And get them to fix it? More
Bought a new Passat here and had a great overall experience. Price was competitive with ads I had seen, condition of the vehicle was perfect and they were able to beat my credit union rate by 1.55%. experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP: save yourself time and aggravation. Unsuccessfully tried three times over a 6 day period to get information on a 2010 VW Touareg TDI that was being auctioned on eBay. Requested a copy of the CAR FAX Report to be emailed and off course received nothing. Spoke to George, Theresa and Ron (both of whom claimed to be the Sales Manager) and got nothing but grief. Every question I asked was answered by a question. I couldn't even get an answer as to these individual's last name. Ron was especially rude. The web site claims that the dealership is under new management. If that is true, can you imagine how horrible the old management had to be. Given the kind of clowns that they employ, I doubt that the new management will succeed in turning this dealership around. Is anyone surprised that the he 2010 VW Touareg TDI that they were doing everything to impede the sale of had been sitting on their lot for many months. I gave this dealership the rating that it deserves. More
